We have a history of casting into shape various customers’ requests based on sketches, two- or three-dimensional data or virtually any other type of applicable data.

We can handle all kinds of models for different purposes including mockup working models for function checking, as well as for presentation, catalog shooting, and industrial design checking, etc.

As for silicon mold casting, we designed and developed our own casting equipment because we were unsatisfied with the standard equipment available on the market. This equipment has substantially reduced the numbers of air bubbles produced during casting and enabled us to provide transparent parts containing almost no air bubbles.

As for coating, we perform toning on our own for maximum color precision and we apply the finishing touches in a state close to that of the final product including surface processing for glossy finish, matte/frosting finish, or satin-like finish.
