At SILD's cold drawing with integrated manufacturing lines, the steel and stainless steel bars are pulled through a series of dies to achieve the specific size and shape needed with a high yield.

Special shapes made by drawing process make customers to skip the early machining steps and freeing up time to focus on the end part they make. Drawn bars have a uniform cross-sectional dimension and a smooth surface. A material yield of up to 57% is possible compared to machining process, which reduces costs for mass production of complex shapes such as curves. Full custom shape is available.
