A group of 60 Korean students visited MOBIO Tech Hall to dive into the world of Japanese manufacturing innovation. Eager to learn, they expressed keen interest in topics like metal processing and labor-saving technologies, asking enthusiastic questions even before the tour began.
●Power Chucks - TEIKOKU CHUCK CO., LTD.
A leading Japanese company with the largest selection and market share of design chucks for mass production machining, TEIKOKU CHUCK showcased its precision-engineered solutions. Students were impressed by the range and quality, remarking, "Now we see why these chucks are so widely used in the automotive industry!"
●Conveyor, automatic machine _ NIHON SHORYOKU CO., LTD.
Specializing in industrial transport systems, "Smart Conveyor" developed by NIHON SHORYOKU offers automation and labor-saving functionality. Its built-in hammering mechanism prevents foreign object clogging in the chain, significantly reducing maintenance requirements. Students noted, "This is a real labor-saving innovation."
●Contract product development (related to robots, nursing care equipment)
MAKOTO BIONICS is developing the "W-Chair," a transformative device that shifts from a battery-powered wheelchair into a power-assisted suit. Students were amazed: "Wow, we didn't know robotics could do something like this. With this technology, even people in wheelchairs won't have trouble with stairs or gaps anymore!"
●A Memorable Farewell
The tour ended with a group photo taken in the crowded corridor. Expressing their gratitude with "Thank you for the explanation," many students came forward to shake hands with the presenter.
