The Tech Hall visitors, who had previously been informed of various support schemes by Osaka Prefecture and the Osaka Business Development Agency, reviewed the exhibits for relevant company technology and techniques applicable to business improvement.

"Wait, is this vastly different from aluminum die-casting?":HATA DIE CAST CO., LTD.

Its president, who happened to be visiting MOBIO, offered a detailed explanation. By taking advantage of zinc's low melting point, they can form complex internal part geometries, which significantly reduces the need for secondary finishing processes.

"Really? Rubber can be machined?"：AKITSU INC.

It achieves both small-volume production and quick turnaround by employing high-spec processing facilities even when working with rubber. Moreover, the application of a machining center makes it possible to create complex 3D geometries out of rubber.

"It cuts through like butter!"：MUROMOTO TEKKO CO., LTD.

It displays various work tools useful on the job site include those for "cutting, grinding/shaving, gripping, crushing, and caulking/crimping." Visitors performed test cuts with a new product: a cutter made of Damascus steel that features its characteristic pattern.

The feedback received was: "It was great to not just hear presentations, but to be able to see, touch, and experience the products firsthand." The staff from Financial Institution also participated, and the Tech Hall tour concluded with an energetic cheer of "MOBIO!"
