Specialists in zinc casting, widely promoting high-precision parts.

Job description: Manufacturing large and ultra-small parts using die casting.

Die casting, a type of casting method, is a technology that instantly forms products by injecting molten non-ferrous metal alloys into precision molds at high speed and pressure. While alloys such as aluminum and magnesium are commonly used, this company primarily deals with "zinc die casting."
Zinc, characterized by its high machinability, allows for the creation of various shapes solely through casting, thus meeting the demanding needs of customers. Products ranging from large-scale components to ultra-high-precision miniature parts can be manufactured, and customers primarily include automotive parts manufacturers and architectural hardware manufacturers.

Strengths: We handle everything from mold design to fulfilling detailed customer requests.

Aluminum is overwhelmingly dominant in die casting, as it is lighter and can produce larger parts than zinc. However, aluminum does not have the same dimensional accuracy as zinc. This company focuses on die casting small parts with high dimensional accuracy, taking advantage of the characteristics of zinc die casting. By strictly controlling the molten metal temperature and receiving orders from the mold design stage, they have created molds that reduce processing and material costs, enabling the manufacture of precise small parts. Another strength is that they can deliver products quickly because no post-processing such as finishing is required.
Our facilities include a total of eight die-casting machines with capacities of 100t, 50t, 25t, and 5t, allowing us to provide a wide range of detailed services tailored to our customers' needs.

Human resource development: On-the-job training (OJT) is the main focus.

The company places on-the-job training (OJT), where employees are actively entrusted with work and trained "on the job," as the cornerstone of its human resource development. Hiring employees regardless of nationality or gender, the company employs OJT as an effective training method to overcome language barriers, allowing employees to learn by observing and experiencing the work firsthand. President Hiroki Hata himself, having learned from observing skilled craftsmen, deeply understands the importance of "learning on the job" in the field, and therefore provides employees with diverse on-site experience to cultivate their skills. Furthermore, while many competitors are forced to close due to a lack of successors, the company has been proactive in hiring young technicians and passing on their skills from an early stage.

Future prospects: Further miniaturization and proactive information dissemination.

While other companies in the same industry also focus on small parts, this company has begun to shift its focus to manufacturing even smaller parts. In 2018, they introduced a new 5-ton die-casting machine and began manufacturing zinc die-cast parts.
They have become capable of manufacturing ultra-precise parts that were previously impossible to produce. Furthermore, they realize that products manufactured using zinc die casting are being used in many industries they are unaware of. To acquire new customers who require zinc die casting, they plan to actively disseminate information. In September of the same year, they launched their own website. Combined with their existing use of social networking services (SNS), they will widely promote their unique features both domestically and internationally.

Our company history

Founded in December 1973 by the late Tomihiro Hata, the company was taken over by his eldest son, Hiroki, as the second-generation owner in September 2017. We have long focused on employing young engineers and passing on technical skills, and our ability to continuously guarantee quality to our customers, including obtaining ISO certification, is one of our strengths.
