Specializing in round parts and special steel materials, we can handle everything from single pieces to mass production. However, Bizen's staff possess the skills to handle everything from setup to optimal programming for the shape and material of the material, as well as processing corrections, enabling us to provide prompt service specifically tailored to the delivery deadlines of single pieces and small lots.
Turning, milling, and drilling processes are also carried out using a wide range of state-of-the-art machinery and the skills of expert craftsmen.

We have equipment capable of handling all types of grinding, including outer diameter, inner diameter, and flat surface grinding, and our cylindrical, centerless, flat surface, and internal grinding machines can achieve tolerance ranges of 0.005 to 0.010 mm. We also finish complex shapes using dead tool profile machining. We can meet requirements such as punch flange radius of 0.1 or less and radius tolerance intersection distance of 0.01 mm.

Bizen Co., Ltd. can handle the processing of irregularly shaped objects and custom-made parts in addition to round objects, meeting our customers' needs. We can also flexibly handle electrical discharge machining, wire cutting, and laser marking.
Furthermore, our hard turning (L2) process after heat treatment of special steel materials has earned us a reputation for maintaining hardness and achieving a reliable shape finish using our unique know-how.

Bizen Co., Ltd. is committed to manufacturing high-precision, aesthetically pleasing parts. We utilize hand-polishing for mirror finishes, as well as ultrasonic polishing equipment and mirror-finish shot blasting machines (SMAP).
We also offer surface treatments such as CVD-Tic, PVD, Alkrona, gas soft nitriding, Edison nitriding, blackening, electroless nickel plating, and hard chrome plating.

For basic products, we use calipers and micrometers (φ0-200), for shape parts we use microscopes and shape measuring machines, and for internal diameter dimensions we use pin gauges (φ1.0-10.0 in 0.01 increments, φ3.0-6.0 in 0.005 increments), cylinder gauges (φ6.0-160), and a 3-point internal digital micrometer (φ6.0-100) depending on the product to perform inspection and measurement.

For height measurements, we use a height gauge and a digital micrometer (in 0.001 units). For areas, sizes, or geometric tolerances that cannot be measured with these tools, we use a three-dimensional measuring machine.
To eliminate measurement errors with our customers, each instrument is calibrated using ceramic gauge blocks, ring gauges, etc., and we deliver high-quality products through thorough, uncompromising quality control.
