Normally, metals require heat treatment (annealing) after processing, but Sangen Rasenkan Kogyo has independently developed a processing method that does not damage the material's structure and ensures that the plate thickness of the peaks and valleys does not change after forming, thus eliminating the need for a heat treatment process in deep drawing.
The bellows we manufacture are multi-layer bellows ranging from one to four layers. Compared to other companies' products, they have superior springiness (lower spring constant), are highly resistant to repeated expansion and contraction, and can achieve large expansion and contraction amounts over short spans. Currently, they are used in industries ranging from aerospace to pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, automobiles, and chemical plants, and we have received orders from over 1200 companies.
We accept orders for lengths from 30mm to 850m in 1mm increments, and we can accommodate your desired dimensions (no mold fee required).
Our standard product is made from SUS316L material, but we can also manufacture bellows from special materials such as Hastelloy C-22, Inconel 625, M Monel, and pure nickel, even for single units, with short lead times. Furthermore, we can form bellows from titanium or other undisclosed special materials if you provide the pipe, so please feel free to contact us.
Hydraulically formed bellows, inner diameter 9.5mm to 30mm
Roll-formed bellows, inner diameter 32mm to 850mm
Welded bellows, inner diameter 8mm to 160mm
We can handle a wide range of applications, from ultra-high vacuum to high pressure, and from cryogenic to high temperatures. We can also manufacture products that meet the high-pressure gas equipment testing requirements of the High-Pressure Gas Safety Act. Please contact us for details.
