The Japan Patent Attorneys Association is seeking small and medium-sized enterprises to participate in a monitoring program for "evaluation of intellectual property activities."
This evaluation assesses the level of activities related to intellectual property, from its creation, protection, and utilization to infringement prevention.
Companies that agree to participate in our monitoring program will undergo an "evaluation of intellectual property activities" and be asked to complete a questionnaire.

The evaluation process involves a 2-3 hour interview, followed by a 1-2 hour meeting using a draft evaluation report prepared by a patent attorney.
It won't be a significant burden.

The companies we are considering for this monitoring program are small and medium-sized enterprises such as the following:The number of employees does not matter.

Companies with a small number of intellectual property specialists
Companies where management or the development department is responsible for intellectual property.
Companies that consider intellectual property (including know-how) to be important to their business.
