Basic training for Vietnamese employees for FY2025 (Application deadline: January 21, 2026)
This training program is designed for Vietnamese employees working at Japanese companies.
This on-demand program aims to help Vietnamese employees grow and become more successful in their roles in Japan and at local offices in Vietnam. It provides lectures and exercises to help foreign employees understand the fundamental management principles of Japanese companies, which can be difficult for them to grasp.
Furthermore, since the workshop will be conducted using videos and text translated into Vietnamese, even those who are not confident in their Japanese can participate with peace of mind.
We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to help your Vietnamese employees work and grow even more vibrantly.
