Work-Life Balance Achievement Seminar (Application deadline: November 11th)
In Osaka Prefecture, November has been designated as "No Overtime Day, Work-Life Balance Promotion Month" since fiscal year 2018.
We are working to promote work-life balance by reducing overtime work and encouraging employees to take their annual paid leave.
This seminar will provide a clear explanation of the amendments to the Childcare and Family Care Leave Act, which were revised in May 2024 and implemented in stages from April 2025, as well as practical matters that companies must address, such as revisions to employment regulations and labor management necessary for the utilization and introduction of telework.
