[Intellectual Property Seminar] Utilizing Generation AI and Intellectual Property Management (December 9th)
In recent years, various generative AI solutions have been released, and their use in a wide range of business operations is expected even among small and medium-sized enterprises.
Generative AI can output text and images simply by providing keywords or images, completing tasks that previously took hours in a short time and significantly contributing to increased work efficiency.
Furthermore, new business models utilizing generative AI are emerging.
On the other hand, there are also risks that the generating AI may unintentionally output content that infringes on the rights of other companies, or that the input information may contain a company's confidential information, which could be incorporated into the generating AI and leaked to the outside.
This seminar will explain the intellectual property management considerations that small and medium-sized enterprises should keep in mind when utilizing AI-generated content.
