3rd Advanced Training for HR Professionals on Employing Individuals with Mental and Developmental Disabilities (Application Deadline: November 11th)
In Osaka Prefecture, with the aim of promoting a correct understanding of mental and developmental disabilities and building a cooperative system within the workplace,
We will conduct training for HR personnel and employment management staff.
This training program consists of two parts: basic knowledge training (lecture format) and workplace experience training at leading companies in employing individuals with mental and developmental disabilities.
This program not only covers the basics of employing people with disabilities, but also allows you to experience firsthand the know-how of actual employment through workplace experience at leading companies in employing people with mental and developmental disabilities!
If you are struggling with employing people with disabilities or are considering reviewing your company's internal systems, please join us!
