Basic Training for Employing Individuals with Mental and Developmental Disabilities for HR Professionals (Application Deadline: July 21, 2026)
Osaka Prefecture will conduct training for corporate human resources personnel and managers of assigned departments on promoting understanding of individuals with mental and developmental disabilities and supporting their retention in the workplace.
Depending on your level of understanding and your company's situation, you can choose from two types of training: Basic Training (for companies considering hiring) and Advanced Training (for companies that have already started hiring).
*This is an announcement regarding the basic training.
*It is possible to take both courses.
