In Osaka Prefecture, the Employment Promotion Innovation Creation Support Project (EPICS) has been implemented since fiscal year 2025 to support businesses that are working to develop new technologies and services that lead to employment promotion, such as expanding job opportunities and improving working environments, so that diverse people such as people with disabilities, women, and the elderly can make the most of their abilities and play an active role in society.
We are currently holding seminars under the theme of "Innovation in Work," and the second seminar will focus on "Diverse Working Styles," including the sharing of case studies and a talk session on new methods of human resource utilization in companies.
