Elevate your successor to the next level with intellectual property! A program for proactive and defensive intellectual property utilization.

The Intellectual Property Office of the Kinki Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry, in collaboration with the Venture-Type Business Succession Association, will implement a program for successors (next-generation business managers) that will allow them to experience management that is mindful of intellectual property, which is the source of a company's profits, through lectures on intellectual property, fieldwork (company visits), and workshops.
We are looking for successors to small and medium-sized enterprises who have the desire to create new businesses and grow their companies using their unique perspectives as successors.

Recruitment Target

Successors to small and medium-sized enterprises who meet the following conditions
(1) The head office or principal place of business is located within the jurisdiction of this authority (Fukui Prefecture, Shiga Prefecture, Kyoto Prefecture, Osaka Prefecture, Hyogo Prefecture, Nara Prefecture, Wakayama Prefecture)
(2) Participants themselves are in a position of responsibility for the management of the business either before the business succession or within approximately three years after the business succession (e.g., representative, executive, business unit manager).
(3) In principle, participants must be able to attend in person for the entire duration of the program.

<DAY 2> After visiting companies near Higobashi, a lecture will be held in a conference room near Honmachi.
<DAY3> After visiting companies in Higashi-Osaka City, a lecture was held in a conference room at the Kinki Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry.
