This pack material is made from laminated PE film on one
side with several layers waterproof paper on the other,
with a waterproofing agent applied to the inside of each
of these layers. This pack material is suitable for presentation
boxes, freezing and chilled refrigeration use, and it is
also compatible with microwave oven heating. After use,
it can be recycled as used paper, and it presents no food
hygiene problems.
In the case of milk pack use, the PE film can be laminated
on both sides of the paper. And since the paper is on one
side only, the pack material can be sent out for recycling
in the same way as conventional milk packs.
In addition, when this material is being made into packs,
the adhesion process is performed ultrasonically without
the use of a chemical adhesive, so there are no problems
with regard to food sanitation. The packing process also
helps prevent liquid leakage by folding the overlap width
rather than cutting it.
Also, after being filled with their contents, the packs
can be closed by heat sealing.
