02On-site interviews

Our coordinators visit companies directly to conduct comprehensive interviews, including gathering insights into the management's aspirations and future vision. The information gathered is then organized and analyzed to facilitate optimal matching.

03Consider

Based on the information gathered during the interview, the coordinator and team will consider the direction of support. They will then develop specific collaboration methods and support measures that maximize the company's strengths.

04Proposal

Based on the coordinator's analysis, we will propose specific support plans to your company. We will introduce you to multiple companies and help you refine your product and business concepts. We will clarify your final goals and results, and propose solutions that accurately reflect market needs.

05project

Once an agreement is reached with the company, we will match you with a suitable partner company, and the project will officially begin. After that, a coordinator will manage the entire project progress. We will also support the signing of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) as needed.

06Accompanying

Even after the project begins, a coordinator will provide continuous support at each step, including development, prototyping, improvement, and market development. We will work alongside you to achieve your goals in a feasible way, towards commercialization and product launch.
