For many of the students, this was their first visit to Japan. They were surprised to learn that many companies from Korea also come to MOBIO. Since it was their first time seeing manufacturing parts, MOBIO made sure to show them easy-to-understand products and components

A student asked, 'I use interdental brushes, but I have no idea what this number on the packaging mean.' MOBIO responded, 'Each number indicates the ideal brush size for specific gaps between the teeth.' The student was impressed and remarked, 'It's amazing how much thought goes into product design to make it easier for consumers to choose the right one.'

●Design and production of plastic products |

KAWASHIMA INDUSTRIES CO., LTD.

"Its specialty is manufacturing hooks using resin molding techniques. KAWASHIMA can even create thin shapes like smartphone covers. Look, it also makes these infection prevention items," MOBIO explained. A student commented "Oh! I've seen those before. So resin processing techniques are used for these."

●Innovative Insights and Ideas in Metal Processing | SGK CO., LTD

Students asked "How can this company make such tiny holes?" MOBIO replied "Holes can't be made with stamping or drilling. Actually, S.G.K. melt the metal to create them." They picked up the part to examine it and said, "I see! There are so many clever techniques involved."

The energetic voices of the high school students shouting "MOBIO!" echoed throughout the Tech Hall at the end of the tour.
