~Key points for addressing challenges related to utilizing the elderly: roles, evaluation, reflection, health considerations, and safety management~
With labor shortages and recruitment difficulties continuing, the utilization of older workers needs to go beyond just "continued employment systems" and include mechanisms that allow them to be utilized as "highly productive workforce" even after retirement.
This course will also cover wage systems for all generations, including older workers, such as the roles and wage structures before and after retirement, the redesign of evaluation systems, and health considerations and safety management.
