This seminar will focus on "strategy" and delve into collaboration between small and medium-sized manufacturing companies and startups.
By deepening our understanding of how to design and implement collaborative projects in small and medium-sized manufacturing companies, as well as the business operation strategies of startups, we aim to provide a starting point for considering how to realize collaboration.

After the seminar, there will be time for networking and consultations, so please come to the venue!
