Bioeconomy Study Group, 3rd Session: Bio-Manufacturing – Designing the Future Society Through the Power of Bio (Held on March 17, 2026)

"Bio-manufacturing," which utilizes diverse biotechnologies to produce target substances using the power of microorganisms, is attracting attention as a foundational technology that contributes to carbon neutrality by shifting away from production processes using fossil resources, and also creates new business opportunities in a wide range of industrial fields such as chemistry, materials, energy, food, and textiles.
On the other hand, many companies face challenges in the implementation phase, such as "application development," "mass production processes," "supply chain construction," and "customer acquisition."

This study group will not only share the latest research and technological trends in bio-manufacturing, but will also bring together companies and research institutions aiming for actual product development and commercialization to visualize specific collaboration needs and technological seeds.
