In Osaka Prefecture, to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that are developing new business fields by producing highly innovative and excellent new products or providing new services, the prefecture certifies businesses that produce new products or services.
We are pleased to announce that applications for the 2026 fiscal year have now opened.
The benefits of receiving certification under this system are as follows:
Osaka Prefecture agencies will be able to procure certified new products, etc., through discretionary contracts.
• Certified new products will be promoted through catalogs, websites, etc.
