<INPIT-KANSAI> Kansai Business Intellectual Property Forum 2024
For small and medium-sized enterprises, a niche strategy is known as one of the attractive tools.
This forum will focus on corporate strategies that avoid inter-company competition, such as niche strategies, and build and grow their own unique markets (non-competitive strategies).
This discussion will examine the relationship between the specific business strategies and intellectual property activities of business leaders in the Kansai region who operate in niche markets.
In addition, from the perspective of leveraging unique strengths to achieve further growth, we will introduce various initiatives from large corporations that are promoting co-creation strategies, making the importance of "co-creation" visible from the perspectives of medium-sized and small businesses as well as large regional corporations.
