SANEI is able to punch out various sizes, and perform secondary machining in-house, from punching press work to pressing, caulking, inserts, and welding.

Machine keys can be delivered quickly with its integrated production system, ranging from the selection of optimal steel materials to cutting, R-shaped machining and grinding, and inspection.

Types and application of machine keys

There are four basic types of machine keys: Double square, double round, single round, and half-moon

These parts efficiently relay the rotation of shafts, such as motors to gears and transmission components. They are installed in a variety of machinery, such as machine tools, automobiles, ships, agricultural machinery and equipment, pumps, and air-conditioning equipment.
