Housing facilities for business-academia collaboration and human resource training, the South Facility promotes regional economic vitalization, focusing on collaboratwion primarily in the Kinki Region to support the development of new products and R&D-based business creation.
The strength of Monodzukuri Business Information-center Osaka lies in its unique integrated support system. A variety of support is available from assistance in the opening of new businesses to product sales, and research and development which is the cornerstone of Monodukuri. We will respond to a variety of needed business and academia related consultation, so please visit our coordinator in the Incubation Manager Room. In addition to science-related consultations that involve technical expertise, we are increasingly concentrating on marketing design where there is strong demand.

Additionally, incubation support is provided for industry and academia partnerships to encourage business success. | Among the occupants of the satellite laboratories and offices are a university working on a national project and a university consortium. Collaborations between industry and academia lead to high-level R&D projects. | A liaison office facilitates communication for 16 universities and one high school primarily in the Kinki area. By matching research topics with technological seed funding, the office introduces businesses to researchers who can collaborate on research and technology transfers. Businesses thus expand and startups are formed. | This center provides consultation on the transfer of basic technology in manufacturing plants as well as studies and lecturers geared for business needs. Information on research and training within Osaka Prefecture is also provided, bringing government and the private sector together to support skills training in the manufacturing industry. | This venue includes a multi-purpose hall for technology exchanges, research laboratories and many other hosting facilities. In addition to seminars and lectures in areas such as technology and administration, the facilities are used for training and exchanges such as exhibitions, business conferences and other uses beneficial for developing markets. |
